The Blackhawk Investment Group, LLC (“Blackhawk”) is a private real estate firm founded in 2008 by Drew Breneman and Brian Hara to make select investments in commercial real estate assets. What began as a part-time investment syndicate eventually developed into a full-time pursuit. As of 2015, Blackhawk’s partners own and manage a diverse portfolio of over 20 properties in the Minneapolis and Chicago markets.

Our firm’s focus is the acquisition, development, or repositioning of high-quality, fundamentally well-positioned real estate assets in the multifamily, retail, and industrial sectors.
